Had an appointment and still waited 2 hours. 2 nails popped off the next day. Never again. Pedi was pathetic too.
I’ve been here a dozen or so times over the last 10 years. They’ve always done a fantastic job. My most recent visit was probably the best. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my techs name but she was so nice. I haven’t had my nails done in probably 4 years so I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She brought up references on her phone to help me pick a good shape. I had planned to get just plain color on all my nails but she showed me a picture of a design for an accent nail that I ended up going with. She got my cuticles cleaned up really nice, which is a miracle since my hands are in pretty rough shape from work. 100% recommend.
Only place in Southern Illinois I'll go. Nice staff, super nice to children. Also have very comfortable massage chairs and very clean!! They are very talented in nail design.
I absolutely love getting my nails done here. They do a WONDERFUL job every single time!
